By decree № 164 of July 7, 2008 in the Official Gazette issue. 64/2008 out a new ordinance repealing regulations:
- Decree № 15 for equipment and technical supervision of water pipes for steam and hot water;
- Decree № 28 for the device and safe operation of vessels operating under pressure;
- Decree № 29 for safe structure and operation of steam and hot water boilers with low pressure;
- Decree № 30 for technical supervision of high pressure boilers.
The new ordinance combines all abolished under the common name: Ordinance device safety and technical inspection of pressure equipment.
