For the period 1.08-31.08.2009 were checked 37 sites distributing liquid fuels within the country, where 36 stations and 1 base oil. Of these, 3 were at the request of the authorities of the Interior, 3 at the request of the Customs Agency and 6 signals to citizens. Samples were taken from 65 Liquids: 35 samples of fuel for diesel engines, 30 pieces of automotive gasoline. Are 10 identified non-conformities with the requirements of quality, for 1 of them at the moment is to request arbitration testing sample. Prepared are 3 expert arbitration after testing samples. As a result of the tests in the laboratories of the Directorate are 59 experts drawn conclusions based on protocols in mobile testing laboratories and 74 minutes observation, of which 61 minutes to comply with quality requirements, and 13 for non-compliance with quality requirements.

SAMTS imposed compulsory administrative measures, which consist of the following:

- 10 pieces were issued mandatory instructions to suspend the distribution of fuels;

- Issued mandatory regulations for prohibiting fuel, 5;

For the said period were up 13 order for administrative violations, of which 8 - to inconsistencies with the requirements for quality and 5 - documentary violations. Issued are 10 penal provisions for violations of them 5 for discrepancies with the requirements for quality and 5 documentary violations.
